I had the pleasure of spending two unforgettable nights at Anantara in Rome, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, the elegance and attention to detail were evident — the lobby, the decor, everything exuded luxury without being over the top. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with incredibly comfortable bedding that made for the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond at every turn. A special thank you to Mr. Najim, who was with us every step of the way throughout our stay. His genuine care, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything we needed made our experience truly memorable. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. The hotel’s location made exploring Rome effortless, while still offering a peaceful retreat to return to each evening. This is easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service in the heart of Rome, Anantara is the place to stay. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So far great hotel. Waiting in lobby area for our room. Arrived 9 am from USA. Staff very friendly and polite. Love the attitude towards the guests. Took 4 hours to get into our room. Be sure to keep checking as they said they could not find us although we were sitting on the lobby couch half asleep. Room is updated nicely. Just short on place to charge your phones and gadgets. This is a luxurious hotel. Staff is warm and friendly. Elegance all around. Bell staff were amazing guys. The coffee bar area in the center holds a fantastic staff whom are right there when you need them. Of course being a Ferrari owner and car guy i had to include the ferrari in the lobby. I’ll update again once we have a chance to experience the restaurant.

An absolutely magical stay at Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome! Everything was simply wonderful, from the warm welcome and the beautiful room to all the thoughtful little touches throughout our stay. The pool is fantastic, the bars are lovely, and the breakfast was truly excellent. But what made our experience especially memorable was the staff. The teams at breakfast and by the pool were always smiling, incredibly kind, attentive, elegant and professional. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made us feel truly special every single day. It was a beautiful and unforgettable stay from beginning to end. Thank you so much to the entire Anantara team for making our time in Rome feel so magical. We will leave with wonderful memories and would come back without hesitation!

We were pretty disappointed about the fact that they do not even offer a shuttle from the Termini train station, which is 5 minutes walking distance! This matters a lot if you have heavy luggage, there are 35 degrees and you are also pushing a stroller! The rooms are a little dated and dark, the bathrooms need some modernisation. The rooftop pool is a joke, in reality about a meter deep and small.... basically a bathtub; perfect for small children only. During our four days stay the pool was booked for an event, so inaccessible! The breakfast could offer a little more variety and honestly an open buffet of breakfast sushi does not look sanitary! It took two days to have watermelon for breakfast in the middle of summer but canned peaches, pineapple and pears were present every day. The spa is unusable, one gets a 30 minutes timer per entrance If you get to enter at all! Not enough availability in spa personnel to be able to book a treatment or a massage. The personnel is quite accommodating but the manager thought that offering three soaps in a quite arrogant manner might I add, would make it up for our unsatisfactory experience. All in all, not up to "luxury standards". Location is quiet and clean.

Gorgeous Hotel. Great location. Excellent service from everyone. We used the concierge for dinner reservations and recommendations. They were spot on every time. We enjoyed all the places they recommended. The only negative is the pool got rented out one of the days we were there so that was the only bummer. Great brunch, I really enjoyed the live music.
