This hotel was 100% dreamy. Wish we stayed here our entire time in Italy. The photos don’t do justice! You’re right in the center of everything. Our view was also amazing. The room was so clean and the ac worked extremely well!! Will definitely stay here again in the future. I was concerned about the noise since you are right in the center of the Pantheon and it was not a problem and clears around dinner. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved all of it.
I do not recommend this hotel, despite its great location. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The two biggest problems were the heat and the constant noise. The room was uncomfortable throughout the night, and there was ongoing noise that made it even more difficult to rest. We reported the air-conditioning issue to reception at 11:00 PM, and now it is 6:30 AM and it still has not been resolved. We eventually realized that the AC was actually blowing warm air instead of cooling the room. Between the unbearable heat and the continuous noise, we were unable to sleep properly the entire night. To be fair, I would like to thank the Ukrainian receptionist, who was very kind and helpful and offered us a room upgrade. We genuinely appreciate her effort. I would also like to thank Gabriele, who was extremely helpful with carrying our luggage and arranging it in the room. However, what is the point of an upgrade if the room is too hot and noisy to sleep in? They also sent a housekeeping employee to check the AC, although he clearly was not an AC technician. He simply told us that, in his opinion, the AC was “fine,” while we were the guests who had spent the entire night in the room dealing with the heat. When you pay for a hotel room advertised with air conditioning, a comfortable temperature and a reasonable level of quiet are basic expectations. The location is very good and some staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, but unfortunately, with the heat, the constant noise, and an AC problem that remained unresolved from 11:00 PM until 6:30 AM, I cannot recommend this hotel.
What a beautiful stay. It was my first time visiting Rome. I was extremely indecisive when it came to choosing my hotel. But I have no regrets! This hotel is clean, intimate and modern while still maintaining its old world charm. Staff are kind and extremely helpful . I would like to highlight Giuseppe and Cristina. First impressions are everything and they did an outstanding job with making me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Would recommend to anyone visiting Rome and wanting to stay at a convenient, well maintained, beautiful hotel!
Truly one of the best stays of my life! Honestly the rooms, location etc are all fantastic but the experience was made special by the staff. Krhystina, Dulani, the whole team. I am travelling solo with my 9 month old baby and the care we received was truly next level. They cuddled her at breakfast so I could have a second to eat, sent us fruit platters, moved us to a pantheon view and truly just made the experience unforgettable. We have made some beautiful memories in our 5 days staying here and having been to Rome before, the experience of staying in this particular hotel really shaped the experience for the better. We will be back. Thank you to the team!
This hotel is charming and quaint, and situated in the same piazza as the Pantheon. Our room looked onto the Pantheon, which has to be one of the most magical views in Rome! The piazza, to be expected, was very busy during the day (honestly, part of its appeal) but quiet and magical at night. The staff here were extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms well-appointed and comfortable. Of course, the cost is a little high, but in a city of high-priced hotels, I felt it was extremely worth it to be in the center of Rome's history! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
