Fabulous location. Loved the morning breakfast option before heading out for the day. Check in was easy. Staff was very helpful and personable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful room and view right on the piazza is very special, very comfortable. Small breakfast of pastries / fruit is provided.

Nice room with very comfortable beds and pretty decor. The hotel had a little kitchen in the reception area stacked with treats, which is a nice touch. The room has a coffee machine, that gets restocked every day. The location is unbeatable. Keep in mind it is located on a second floor with no lift, which was a challenge with luggage. The bathroom door is made of tinted glass, which was pretty see through when lights were on and made for funny awkward situations with my partner. Other than that, this place was perfect.

Beautiful rooms, but unfortunately not clean, The bathroom has 100s of marks because they only do surface cleans The noise from the restaurants and activities downstairs could be distracting If they clean more thoroughly this could be a great 5 star experience
