This place did not disappoint, I had read reviews before booking due to the higher price point. The building/interior is a work of art to be expected from a boutique hotel. The staff is welcoming, and has the answer to every question. The hotel only has 5 rooms, so it’s a very private destination - nothing like a Hilton. The only thing I would clarify is that the parking lot is offsite but super close (across the street) it was a little confusing to find the parking lot at first.

I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We loved our stay so much that after leaving and continuing our trip elsewhere, we actually came back to stay again during the same vacation. Nothing else compared. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay feel incredibly special. A huge thank you to Dario, who truly made the experience unforgettable. His service was exceptional, but what stood out even more was how genuinely welcoming and thoughtful he was. Every recommendation he gave us was incredible, and we absolutely loved the beautiful conversations about Rome we shared with him. He has a way of making you feel less like a hotel guest and more like a friend being welcomed into his home. The hotel itself is absolutely 5 stars! It is beautiful, comfortable, charming, and with a level of service that is very hard to find. Thank you, Dario, for your incredible hospitality and for making our time here such a memorable part of our trip. We will absolutely be back.

This is a charming 1st class boutique hotel. Fabulous views, lovely rooms and wonderful people. Dario, Merriam and Giovanni treated us like family. Wine or limoncello in the evening on the rooftop patio was magical. We can't wait to return!

I made a reservation via booking. We arrived at the place, there was no place to park our car. The property doesn't look 5 star at all. Big bugs all over. Elevator was to small, so we decided to take the stairs. Again- impossible to climb to our apartment, especially with big suitcases. There was only one guy. We told him that we don't like our room and he was unable to help us. We decided to move to another hotel. He said that a colleague will call me the other day to talk but nobody called of course. They took my money and no feedback was given!!!

I booked direct with the hotel as it was the best price. From arriving until departure the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and beautiful with incredible views of Rome. The hotel is very quiet so slept like a baby. Just wonderful.
