I stayed at an NH Collection in Buenos Aires once previously, but this one in Rome was a true 5-star experience! The rooftop bar’s amazing view is complimented by good bar drinks and snacks and a great breakfast! The all you can eat breakfast is like $40 Euro per person and before you can even order anything they fill your table with starter foods that already is a full breakfast! 😂 All delicious and fresh! Definitely leaves you full for a day of site seeing! The full menu for lunch and dinner has smaller portions, but delicious food, and if you can’t get a reservation you can order it to your room. Their brown bread is amazing, and it’s like a whole loaf! Food aside, the service is really great - from the moment you step into the lovely smelling lobby to the easy communication with their WhatsApp account. They helped us with lunch and dinner recommendations and reservations, and helped us get a taxi to the airport reserved for the time we needed it. I even asked them to bring an ice bucket to our room for a bottle of champagne we had that we wanted chilled while we were out so we could enjoy it once back, and they did that for us right away too and left us glasses for it. Everything about the hotel was lovely and the location is perfect for site seeing. I had assumed that because it was more central that it might be inferior and that location would be the best part, but I was wrong! The quality and location are both great! We loved staying here and would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at NH collection for our honeymoon. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel special, with thoughtful touches and exceptional service throughout our stay. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. We felt genuinely cared for and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay at the NH Collection Roma Fori Imperiali. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was the perfect respite after long, hot days exploring Rome, but what really made our stay special was the staff. We sprung a third person on them at the last minute, and they went out of their way to make it work. Claudio was amazing, recommending a wonderful restaurant and making a reservation for us. On our last night, when my boyfriend was arriving late, they even accommodated my request for a simple pasta that wasn’t on the room service menu and delivered it around 10pm. Breakfast was a highlight: delicious food, an incredible view, and such attentive service from Rona, Erdie, and Ella. Sitting outside overlooking Rome each morning was so special. Thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of us. We can’t wait to return!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it a lovely place to relax after a long day. The service throughout my stay was excellent, but the breakfast service really stood out. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made every morning a pleasure. The breakfast itself was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Definitely stay here if you’re planning to take your family to Rome. The location is in the middle of everything. The rooms And the hotel are beautiful and above all the service is superb. We worked with Francesca and she helped us book all of our needs for the Colosseum and for restaurants and for everything else we needed. Definitely an important part of our amazing Italy vacation
