Perfection- away from the city with a gorgeous view of a large park (think Central Park in NYC) exceptional service and the restaurant on the 8th floor is stunning. The view of unmatched and the food five star! Love love love!!!

Best hotel in Italy! Amazing service! Perfect room- privacy with 2 separate doors, blackout curtains, Comcast, comfortable bed. Pools were big and luxurious! Indoor hot tub was nothing I’ve ever seen before!! Expansive! Rooftop restaurant had spectacular views, service and food. Highly recommend this hotel!

We’re grateful to this hotel for the wonderful service they provided after hearing my husband was recovering from an operation. They upgraded us to a bigger and very quiet room with comfy beds, and it was easy to relax by the outdoor pool and in the spa area, and by taking a walk in the nearby gardens. The gym is outstanding — not a hotel gym; it’s a proper fitness center. But I have a few small pieces of feedback: 1) it needs a water fountain; it’s silly to have to pay for water in the cafe. 2) the weights area should have a padded floor for when the weights drop, not a wooden floor. 3) the cafe offers protein shakes but doesn’t have creatine or other add-ins you’d expect. 4) they need foam rollers.

Absolutely beautiful 6 day stay. Every part of the service was excellent especially our food and beverage staff. Our room was always clean and staff so friendly. Food was magnificent and something for everybody.

We always stay at the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel & SPA when we’re in Rome, and it never disappoints. The hotel is beautiful—elegant, peaceful, and full of charm, with a setting next to Villa Borghese that makes it feel like a true escape from the city. What really makes it special, though, is the people. The staff is consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make the stay feel effortless. A special mention to the director, whose attention to detail and presence clearly set the tone for the entire experience. The gym and spa are also outstanding—perfect for unwinding after a day in Rome. Overall, it’s a place that feels both luxurious and personal, which is why we keep coming back.
