We had a wonderful stay at The First Musica in Rome! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Ahmed and Stefano made our stay exceptional with their kind welcome and great local recommendations. The location of the hotel is ideal; the surrounding area is a bit more calm, while still being located a short walk across the river to the city center. We will definitely be visiting again!

Excellent service and lovely staff ready to help you. The room is big and comfortable, with everything you might need and lots of sunlight. Well-stocked little fridge and aperitifs. And the surprise: a B&O speaker to listen to your music! Best of all, they were attentive and helped me fix a mistake I made when booking the room. They were good-willed and understanding with me, and that made all the difference. Also, very well situated; you can walk from there to all the interesting sites. I definitely would repeat.

I chose The First Musica for a special weekend in Rome to celebrate my birthday, and despite a small issue at the beginning, our stay turned out to be absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, our first room had some soundproofing issues, but what truly made the difference was the way the reception team handled the situation. They went above and beyond to find a solution and moved us to an absolutely amazing room with a superb view. Their professionalism, kindness and genuine desire to make sure we enjoyed our stay completely changed our experience. Throughout the weekend, everyone at reception was exceptional. No matter what question we had or what we needed help with, they were always welcoming, attentive and incredibly helpful. The location is also excellent — very central and within easy walking distance of many of Rome’s main sights, restaurants and shopping areas. What could have started as a disappointing experience became a very memorable birthday weekend thanks to the wonderful team. Excellent service is not about never having a problem; it’s about how that problem is handled — and The First Musica handled ours beautifully. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. I would happily return. ❤️

We stayed on the hotel's music-inspired floor, which made the experience feel even more unique. Our room featured stunning floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows with breathtaking views over Rome, waking up to that skyline every morning was something truly special. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality products served in a beautiful setting. The rooftop terrace is another highlight of the hotel, offering spectacular views of the Eternal City and the perfect atmosphere to relax after a day of exploring. Most importantly, the entire team was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. A wonderful boutique hotel with a unique concept, exceptional hospitality, and one of the most memorable views in Rome. We would be delighted to return.

Our stay at The First Musica was something we will remember forever. I honestly can't even decide what we loved the most, but let me start with the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly kind, but I especially want to mention Alessandro, Daniela, and the gentleman who helped us during breakfast. They all went above and beyond and were always so quick to help with every request we had. The location is perfect—we were able to walk to all of the main sights, yet the area was still peaceful and quiet. Our room was stunning, the views were breathtaking, and I especially loved the design of the bathroom. What I enjoyed the most was the attention to detail. By pure luck, we were given the Tiziano Ferro room, and since he happens to be my favorite singer, I absolutely loved the Tiziano playlist they had prepared. It made the experience even more special. I also absolutely loved the pillow menu and the pillow perfumes. Those little thoughtful touches make such a big difference to me, and they're exactly the kind of details I really appreciate. Overall, this was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, and without a doubt, it had the best staff we've ever encountered. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
