Having paid an astronomical premium rate for the Formula 1 weekend, my expectations for this property were naturally high. Unfortunately, this premise only makes the reality of the rooms and the overall structure even more disappointing, and I find myself agreeing with quite a few of the critiques raised by other guests. Location-wise, the property sits in what feels like an urban wasteland of sterile, deserted streets. It is directly attached to a rather dreary, lifeless mall, which only connects to another slightly better yet still decidedly modest shopping center. The hotel was recently renovated and rebranded, and it is glaringly obvious where that money went: the public areas and the atrium were clearly designed with the primary goal of looking photogenic and striking on camera. Look beyond that spectacle, however, and the building itself remains fundamentally modest. Inside the guest rooms, management did the bare minimum. While the furnishings were refreshed and may photograph well in promotional material, the actual in-person experience feels like an ordinary business hotel rather than anything remotely premium. The bathrooms, in particular, remain visibly dated and tired. Perhaps corporate business travelers are the true target demographic here during regular weeks. However, considering the exorbitant F1 prices charged, the stay was undeniably underwhelming once you step past the lobby.

We recently held our wedding at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, and we’re so happy with our experience! ❤️ The hotel itself was such a beautiful venue, and everything came together wonderfully on our wedding day. The ballroom and overall ambience were lovely, the food was well received by our guests, and the service from the banquet team was attentive and professional throughout the celebration. A special shoutout and huge thank you to our wedding coordinator, Eileen! She took over our wedding preparations just a few months before our big day after our original coordinator left, and we were initially a little worried about the transition. However, Eileen made the handover incredibly smooth and quickly got up to speed with all our arrangements and requests. She was responsive, patient and accommodating throughout the final few months, especially as we got closer to the wedding and had more details and last-minute things to settle. We really appreciated how reassuring and dependable she was, and it gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing that everything on the hotel’s end was being taken care of. On the actual day, everything ran smoothly and we were able to simply enjoy ourselves without having to worry about the venue arrangements. It was so nice seeing all the months of planning finally come together, and we received many compliments from our guests about the venue and the celebration. Thank you so much to Eileen and the entire PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay team for being part of such an important and memorable day for us. We’re very grateful for all the effort that went into making our wedding such a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely look back on the day with very fond memories. 🤍

I had an excellent experience staying at this five-star hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent facilities. The hotel itself has a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere, making it perfect for both business trips and vacations. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, with high-quality options to choose from. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations and truly reflected the standard of a five-star hotel. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

We had our wedding at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to our Wedding Specialist, Eileen, for being so patient, responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She made everything feel much more manageable and was always there whenever we needed help or clarification. Special thanks as well to Howard, our Banquet Manager, Lucas, our Supporting Banquet Manager, and Tarmizi, our AV Manager. The entire team was professional, attentive and extremely steady throughout the wedding day. Everything ran smoothly, and we could genuinely relax and enjoy the night knowing that the team had everything under control. We really appreciate the effort everyone put in to make our wedding day such a memorable one. Thank you to the entire PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay team for taking such good care of us and our guests. 5 stars well deserved!

Stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip, and I honestly don’t know where to begin. From the moment I walked through the front door, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. This level of service extended throughout the hotel, from the reception team to the restaurant and bar staff. Everyone consistently made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the the durian building. Despite being in a tropical climate, the room stayed cool and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. ❤️ The swimming pool is a good size for relaxing and cooling off, though it’s more suited for dipping than actual swimming since it’s only about 1.2 meters deep. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food, although it can start to feel repetitive during a longer stay, even with the rotating menu options. One of the highlights of the hotel is the lobby on the fourth floor. It has a very tropical atmosphere with lots of greenery. The lobby also has a few birds visiting in the morning (in a cage) to add the tropical feeling. The bird then return to their place later in the afternoon. Overall great experience!
