From the moment our transport arrived at the hotel entrance, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that continued throughout our stay and right through to our departure. Our room was beautifully presented, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The selection of restaurants within the hotel offered wonderful variety, and each was staffed by attentive professionals who consistently delivered service eloquently. The Mandarin Oriental Singapore provided far more than accommodation—it delivered a truly tranquil and memorable experience. We departed feeling refreshed, relaxed, and looking forward to returning.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The buffet breakfasts were amazing a large variety and quality was outstanding. The pool was so refreshing. I loved the slippers and are still using them for the rest of my trip. The attention to detail was exceptional eg cord ties. Ammenities provided were lovely. Special packs for the kids. Everything was done very well. Staff lovely.

Mandarin Oriental Singapore once again provided a truly amazing hospitality experience. Genuine friendly service, with the utmost of professionalism. The staff always go out of their way to ensure an exceptional stay. From the front of house team and concierge staff, to the amazing team in the MO bar and the Dolce Vita restaurant. And of course the fantastic staff in the Haus Lounge that treat you like family. A world class hotel with work class people that work it. Could not recommend enough...Ric & Nikki

We loved our recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Singapore. The staff were all incredible. The attention they paid the kids was so sweet and their thoughtfulness was really noted. They seemed genuinely interested in getting to know us, where we were from, and what our plans were for that day. The breakfast buffet was incredible - one of the best we've ever had. The hotel is architecturally beautifully and well looked after. The room had everything we needed. My son showed a particular interest in the robot, which takes dirty dishes away during the breakfast (at Embu). This was noticed by one of the staff, so when it came time to sending the robot back to the kitchen, he asked my son if he wanted to help him do it and showed him which buttons to press to send the robot on its way. My son absolutely loved this! On the morning of our check-out (April 9th), after breakfast, we were going to be heading to the Marina Bay Sands Cruise Terminal to board the newest Disney cruise ship. One of your servers noticed that we were all wearing matching Mickey Mouse t-shirts and must have realised we were going on the Disney cruise, so she brought over a freshly cut mango on a plate with a chocolate that said 'Bon Voyage' on it. That was really special - thank you!

What an amazing hotel! Our room was incredibly comfortable with an impressive view over the harbour. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming at all times. It was worth it to splash out on a room that gave us access to Haus 65 - this was a quiet, comfortable space with incredible food offerings and fabulous service. The pool area was luxurious and a very nice space to spend time relaxing. It was a special treat for us to stay there for 2 days and I hope we get the opportunity again.
