The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. If you want to stay near the Champs-Élysées, it's almost perfect—just a 2-minute walk and you're right in the heart of the avenue. The lobby and garden also look exactly like the photos on their website. The lobby has a modern design, and the garden is a peaceful place to relax in the evening. However, there are a few things to be aware of. Beyond the ground floor, the hotel feels quite different. The elevator goes up but doesn't come back down, so you have to use the stairs when leaving your room. Fortunately, I stayed on the first floor, but this could be difficult for guests with health issues, heavy luggage, or rooms on higher floors. The rooms also feel a bit outdated compared to the lobby. Another thing I didn't like was the old-style sliding doors that require you to place your finger inside a recessed grip to slide them open. Since every guest touches the same spot, I personally don't think it's the most hygienic design. The biggest surprise came at check-out, when I was asked to pay around €200 in city tax. I recommend making these charges much clearer during the booking process or at check-in, as they can come as an unexpected surprise for guests.
After spending two wonderful days at Disneyland Paris with our family (3 adults and 3 children), we had booked two rooms at another hotel near the Champs-Élysées to enjoy the last two days of our trip in the heart of Paris. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that our rooms had been sold to other guests. It was a huge shock. After checking our reservation, the staff realized that a serious mistake had been made and immediately started calling nearby hotels to find a solution. Luckily, Hotel Atala had availability that same day. Still feeling disappointed and stressed, we arrived at Hotel Atala, where we were welcomed with exceptional kindness by Victoire. From the very first moment, she made us feel that everything would be fine. Merci beaucoup, Victoire! For our first night, the hotel generously provided us with three rooms. And then something truly magical happened. Before coming to Paris, my son had only one dream: "I want a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. I even want to see it from my bed and fall asleep looking at it." Thanks to Hotel Atala, that dream came true. Seeing the joy on his face while looking at the Eiffel Tower from our room is a memory our family will cherish forever. At first, we thought losing our original reservation was terrible luck. Looking back now, we realize it was actually the beginning of an unforgettable experience at Hotel Atala. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. But what truly makes this hotel special is its people. Victoire, along with the entire team, showed us genuine kindness, professionalism, and warmth from the moment we arrived until the day we left. They are a perfect example of French hospitality at its very best. Quel accueil chaleureux! Because of the problem with our original hotel, we missed a restaurant reservation, and the restaurant charged us a €100 no-show fee. Even though this situation had nothing to do with Hotel Atala, Victoire still went above and beyond to help us. She called the restaurant several times, and when she couldn't reach them, she even offered to go there personally to explain what had happened. In the end, the restaurant refused to refund the money, but the effort, care, and compassion she showed meant so much to us. From beginning to end, our stay at Hotel Atala was simply outstanding. What started as the biggest disappointment of our trip became one of its most beautiful memories because of this amazing hotel and its incredible team. A heartfelt merci infiniment to Victoire and everyone at Hotel Atala. We cannot thank you enough for making our stay so special. When we return to Paris, there is no doubt about where we will stay. À bientôt, Hotel Atala!
If you can imagine an oasis of calm steps from the avenue de Champs-Élysées.. this is it. Add the finest decoration possible .. la directrice Victoire would be willing to go the extra mile to make your start pleasant. A quiet remarkable genuine attention to every detail. Thanks
Wonderful stay and truly honest, kind hosts. After checkout, I was already on my way to the airport when they called me to let me know I had forgotten to collect my security deposit, and they sent it back immediately. This level of honesty and professionalism is rare. Beautiful apartment, amazing view, and excellent cooperation throughout the stay. Highly recommended 😊
Our recent stay at Hotel Atala in Paris was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived at lunchtime on the 10th of March, we were warmly welcomed by two wonderful ladies at reception—one brunette and one blonde—who immediately made us feel at home. Their professionalism was outstanding, but what truly stood out was how incredibly pleasant, warm, and attentive they were. Having stayed at the hotel before, it was lovely to be welcomed back with such genuine friendliness. Their approach was not only efficient but also sincerely welcoming, setting the tone for another memorable stay. Our room was amazing, with a truly sublime view that made the experience even more special. Every detail contributed to a stay that felt both luxurious and comfortable. A special thank you to these two remarkable members of staff for making our visit so enjoyable. They are an absolute credit to the hotel and the brand. Because of them—and the wonderful experience overall—we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this hotel and would return again in a heartbeat. Thank you for yet another incredible stay.
