Excellent location, very comfortable and stylish boutique hotel. We were welcomed with champagne drinks at the reception and there was a welcome bottle of champagne and juice in our room. We took a junior suite with a view of Paris, on the third floor and stayed for 9 nights. The maintenance was perfect and the room was made very well every day. Good sound proofing and very professional and welcoming staff. Beautiful views from the room and very close to Tulieiries metro station. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Paris for a comfortable stay.
A lovely hotel in a fantastic, prime location on Rue de Rivoli, right across from the Tuileries Garden. We stayed here as a family and definitely recommend it. The entire front desk team was absolutely wonderful, attentive, and kind, gladly helping with every single request and need we had. A very special mention goes to Louis, the front desk manager, who was truly exceptional—he welcomed us warmly, accompanied us, assisted with everything, and handled every request with a big smile and utmost professionalism. The room suited our family's needs, though it was relatively small and some elements felt a bit dated, but overall it was a pleasant stay. The main area that needs improvement is the breakfast, which was quite basic and limited, and the dining area was not clean enough. On our next visit we would skip the hotel breakfast, and it would be great if management invested more effort into this aspect so it doesn't take away from the otherwise great experience.
I've been visiting Paris for forty years, and I've never had a worse experience than the one I had at the Hotel Brighton. A room for a couple cost about €700.00 per night (plus €50.00 for two breakfasts): completely disproportionate to the services offered. 1) The room was too small to ask such a high price; 2) The air conditioning in the room was completely inadequate, so much so that we slept for only a few hours and with great difficulty; the bathroom was even hotter because it didn't have air conditioning; a portable air conditioner was added that was so noisy that it further impeded sleep. 3) The lobby was also so hot that it was unsuitable for staying in; 4) The breakfast was inadequate for a five-star hotel, with little variety and everything of poor quality. A terrible experience. The only positive aspect was the helpfulness of the staff.
Amazing views, great location. The building itself and the rooms highlight a wonderful Parisian classical design while offering a cosy vibe. This is small scale, there is attention to detail and the very courteous staff do their best to make guests feel welcome. Because of the small reception and limited amount of reception staff some basic processes may take a wee bit too long too handle (all manual check in...) but I guess that's also part of the charm. The breakfast offer was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come again
Hotel Brighton was recommended to us by friends and we absolutely loved our room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and The Louvre. On arrival we were welcomed by Medina and her efficiency then and troughout our stay was exceptional! Always with a friendly smile and always very helpful. Thank you Medina! A welcome gift of sweets and a bottle of wine was a delightful surprise. Great hotel and great service, thank you!
