Overall five stars. We got a room on the fourth floor facing the Eiffel Tower, which was absolutely spectacular in terms of view. The rooms are classy and clean, but are starting to show signs of wear, a few chips and cracks in walls, a bit of mould in the shower et cetera. Nothing terrible, but it is not as pristine as the photos show. The service is also excellent but a little bit on the slow side. Ordering a couple of drinks at the restaurant took maybe 10 to 15 minutes, checking in took about 30 minutes despite there only being one person in front of us. We were a little disappointed to hear that the rooftop bar only opens at 6pm this Saturday when we are leaving in the afternoon on the same day however that is not exactly a problem with the hotel, that’s just our own timing. There is a shop across the road to get some souvenirs and soft drinks which was quite convenient but you cannot dispute that location of this hotel is absolutely exceptional and well worth the price purely on that fact alone. For breakfast we had fresh made juices by Romain and they were extremely tasty, fresh, and energising. €35 a head for a buffet breakfast is a little steep too, but what do you expect when you’re in a hotel of this standard. If you are considering this hotel, don’t deliberate further, just book it and make sure you get an Eiffel Tower facing room. You will not regret it.
We paid extra for a tower view room and despite the price we paid, this hotel was very underwhelming in terms of service and responsiveness, especially for a 4-star hotel. In terms of service, this hotel felt more like a 2-star or 3-star hotel. In terms of pros, the location of the hotel and the view of the Eiffel Tower is really nice. Our room was ready to check in right at 3pm and some of the doormen were nice and helpful, especially with helping us get a taxi ride to the airport. However, that was about it. Elevators were slow and hard to come by, as some other guests had mentioned. In addition, any special services like champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and etc. were so unreasonably priced that I would recommend you just buy it yourself and do it yourself. The most disappointing part was the responsiveness. Our room was missing an iron, had an ironing board, but no iron and we had to go through the digital app and tried to reach reception to get one ASAP. You are apparently not able to reach the reception using the phones in the room and have to either go down to the front desk to talk to the team directly and/or talk to them using a digital platform. I feel like this is a safety hazard and a hazard in general to not be able to reach out to reception from your room. After we talked with reception, they sent a person over in about 20-30 minutes later just to check our room to see if we had an iron like they did not trust us. Only after seeing we didn’t have one like we stated, did the person just take one from another place. I would say this hotel is probably one of those places that you stay at once for the Eiffel Tower view and then never again as there are many other 4-star and 5-star hotels that have better service.
We had a pleasant stay overall, and the Eiffel Tower view was certainly one of the highlights. The staff were also consistently friendly, courteous, and welcoming throughout our stay. That said, we did experience a rather confusing situation regarding breakfast and payment arrangements. We had booked a two-night stay without breakfast, as we would be leaving at around 6:00 a.m. on the third morning. For our second morning, we therefore made a separate breakfast reservation through the hotel’s own system and received both a reservation confirmation and a reminder from the restaurant. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, our reservation did not appear to be recognized. We were informed that breakfast was not included in our room rate, which was understood and not an issue at all. We signed the breakfast bill and were seated, but shortly afterwards another staff member asked whether we had already paid. Before leaving the restaurant, we specifically checked with the staff to make sure the breakfast had been charged to our room and that we could settle it at check-out. We were assured that everything was in order. Later that day, however, we were stopped again when leaving the hotel and told that we had not yet provided a credit card payment. This was particularly confusing because our credit card had already been processed at check-in on the first day. We showed the staff our receipt, and after checking the records again, they confirmed that everything was fine. To be fair, the individual staff members were all polite and helpful, and our concern was not about the payment itself. The issue was the repeated lack of coordination between the different teams, which resulted in us having to clarify the same matter several times. For a four-star hotel, I would expect the reservation and payment information to be communicated more seamlessly between the hotel system, restaurant, and front desk. Hopefully this is something the hotel can improve, as the friendly staff and beautiful Eiffel Tower views certainly provide a good foundation for a better overall guest experience.
Our 2nd return to the Pullman Tour Eiffel. Room had a great view of Eiffel Tower but a/c not as cool as we would like (19.5) in the heatwave too! The staff on reception are helpful. Breakfast nice, good choice with upgrade options available. Although the breakfast room in Frame was slightly chaotic at times people here there and everywhere. The freshly made juice was nice. Our table server was Vaithy, he was very helpful and friendly. Often checking if we needed anything else.
Dear Pullman Hotel Team, We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful four nights we spent at your hotel. We are truly grateful for the excellent experience and the warm hospitality we received throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, your staff welcomed us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine friendliness. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, everyone was incredibly helpful and respectful. We were also very impressed by the hotel itself. Every area was exceptionally clean, elegant, and beautifully maintained. As guests who had never stayed in a 4- or 5-star hotel before, this experience exceeded all of our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of service and comfort, and we have already shared our wonderful experience with our friends and family. The service was outstanding, and every member of the staff was friendly and approachable. Nowadays, it can be difficult to find such excellent customer service, which made our stay even more special. We stayed on the third floor in a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We did not book breakfast or any additional extras, and the room was perfectly suitable for the three of us. We also felt very safe during our stay. There were security staff, hotel personnel, and transportation options readily available nearby, which gave us great peace of mind. Thank you once again for making our visit so memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be delighted to return in the future. Kind regards, Room 320 :) 10.06 - 14.06
