This place truly represents French hospitality culture at its best. Everyone is attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. I had a wonderful time during my tea time there. The place is absolutely stunning, and its location is perfect, close to other points of interest such as the Musée d’Art Moderne. The playlist is jazzy, and you can hear some Curtis Harding or even Amy Winehouse playing in the background. I highly recommend the seasonal dessert: lemon with a delicate touch of basil. It was absolutely delicious and very refreshing. A beautiful place to enjoy a lovely tea time highly recommended!

Staying at Shangri-La Paris was an absolutely incredible experience. The service was impeccable, attentive, and truly worthy of a luxury palace. I loved every detail, from the beautiful interior design and elegant palace atmosphere to the exquisite fragrances throughout the hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the refined breakfasts were absolutely delicious. But the true highlight was the breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. It made our stay genuinely unforgettable. A magical place that I would love to return to.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! The hotel itself is stunning, and our room had the most breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, it truly felt like we had the best spot in all of Paris. Waking up to that view every morning and seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night was something our family will never forget. The concierge team went above and beyond for us throughout our entire stay. They were amazing, incredibly attentive, and always so accommodating to our family. They even had the cutest special touches for the kids, which made them feel so welcome and made our stay even more memorable. From the beautiful hotel and unforgettable views to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. It was such a special part of our time in Paris, and we would absolutely stay here again!

I loved staying at this hotel! Alexandre, the host made sure to be attentive to every detail so I felt welcomed. As I walked in it was like stepping back in time into a historic mansion while at the same time feeling that every little detail had been thought out for the best guest experience. The food was excellent at all the options that I tried and the Botaniste bar is not to be missed! I will definitely be back!

Our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Paris. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The champagne upon arrival was a lovely touch, and our children were absolutely thrilled to pick a toy from the treasure box. The property is stunning, full of history, and impeccably maintained. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which provided plenty of space and privacy for our family. The on-site dining and bars were also excellent. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel special throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return on our next visit to Paris.
