I love this place, it feels very elite. Although I normally prefer a more contemporary style but this hotel is out of this world, especially during fashion week it’s 100% the place to be. The staff are nice and professional, and the restaurants and cafes are also very nice to spend time at. 5/5 in everything especially the service is exceptional

I visited the hotel for lunch. Luxurious hotel as expected with elegant decor. The club sandwich was delicious and was accompanied by chips and fresh lettuce. The hot chocolate was strong. But the service deficient, particularly for hotel de that category and reputation. Long wait for somebody to take my order though food came soon after the order was finally taken. Long wait also for the bill. I felt as if I had been forgotten or discriminated especially after the host ( who was very nice as opposed to the waitress) asked me if I was staying in the hotel( I wasn’t).

One of those hotels that makes you fall in love with Paris all over again. Hôtel Plaza Athénée is absolutely beautiful — elegant, iconic and incredibly Parisian. From the famous red awnings and the gorgeous courtyard to the interiors, breakfast and every little detail, everything feels special. The Dior Spa deserves a separate mention — such a beautiful, peaceful space and a truly luxurious experience. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is exceptional. But what I loved most was the atmosphere. It has all the grandeur of a legendary Parisian palace, yet somehow still feels warm and romantic. A very special place in Paris and definitely somewhere I would love to return to.

A wonderful experience – Highly recommend!From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was smooth and fast. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable.Everything was perfectly clean, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job every day. The hotel’s location is excellent for sightseeing. We also loved the breakfast, which featured fresh and delicious options. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip!

I’m honestly very disappointed with the overall experience. The staff’s attitude is extremely arrogant and unwelcoming — they never greet you, not even a simple “hello,” which already creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere. What’s even more surprising is that they don’t assist guests in the most basic ways, like opening doors. It feels cold, dismissive, and completely lacking in hospitality. The breakfast was equally disappointing. The selection is shockingly limited — only three or four items to choose from, with no variety at all. There are no additional options, no flexibility, and nothing that meets even basic expectations for a decent breakfast. On top of that, the service during breakfast is extremely poor. No one ever comes to your table — you’re left sitting there and practically have to beg for attention. You end up having to constantly raise your hand just to order anything, and even then it feels like the staff simply doesn’t care at all. Overall, the experience feels neglectful and far from professional. Definitely not what I was expecting.
