We went to the rooftop bar for a few drinks and to see the sunset. Reservation was at 7. Got there 10 minutes early and were able to be seated. They had blankets for the guests if you got cold. We were planning on ordering 1-2 cocktails and an appetizer it was a little pricey and we wanted to have dinner elsewhere. This review is just on the service the view was amazing!! We ordered a cocktail and the hummus. Maybe the kitchen was all the way at the ground floor but the cocktails also took a long time. We at one point asked for more pita for the hummus. That never came. We ended up just enjoying the view and got the server’s attention about our check. If you go, order all the food and drink you want because you want see your server again. Cocktail was good mine had a matcha foam on top very cool.

My wife and I stayed here as part of a honeymoon trip around Europe. After booking this hotel months ago, we were excited for our stay; however, our greatest expectations could not have prepared us for the level of service and attention we were given by the staff. As many reviewers have already said: the amenities are first-rate and the views and location incomparable. This review, however, is meant to highlight the efforts of the hotel staff in going above and beyond what is typically expected. Upon first arriving at the hotel, I began to sense that I was getting sick and that it would be good to see a doctor before any illness had a chance to progress. Due to the incompatibility of my eSIM and the language barrier, I was finding it difficult to get in touch with an on-call doctor. After several attempts on my own, I finally relented and messaged the hotel for some help. What followed was truly remarkable. I was positively blown away by the efforts the staff expended in making sure I was taken care of. Elsa and Haniella, in particular, were instrumental in making sure that a doctor was contacted; that I was kept updated on his progress; that, when he arrived, someone else was with us to help translate; and that, once he had departed, I had the address of a 24-hour pharmacy to get my prescriptions filled. Additionally, over the next couple of days, I received periodic check-ins from the staff asking how I was recovering and asking if there was anything that could be done to make my stay more enjoyable. This level of service is truly unique and was a real change of pace from what we had experienced up to that point in our travels. Given the opportunity, I would be delighted to stay at this hotel again. Not only are the amenities stellar, but the staff are consummate professionals. More importantly: they care about their guests.

Truly lovely hotel. The design of the rooms is stunning, and the terrace was a highlight of my stay. Rooms run a little tight, but that's classic Paris and the style more than makes up for it. What really set it apart was the service. I'd asked for an Eiffel Tower view, and rather than just noting it, the team offered to move me as soon as a room opened up. A special thank you to Jade, who went out of her way to make my stay memorable. Thank you all. I loved it and would happily return.

Great location with many sights within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Downstairs restaurant with a terrace is great, and the 9th floor rooftop bar has amazing 360-degree views of Paris. Breakfast is optional for a small charge and is basic but tasty. Rooms are nicely appointed and the use of space is well thought out. Nice towels, comfy sheets and we slept like a dream. Highly recommended place to stay!

This was a great hotel. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The roof top patio had an amazing view of Eiffel Tower. Our balcony was also quite quaint and had a lovely view of the tower. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. The service was excellent. We were served every day by a wonderful server named Rushun (sp?). He greeted us every morning and was extremely pleasant.
