We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. Alban, the night manager, was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Check in was quick and easy, and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. We didn’t really know the area, so we asked him for some recommendations and he suggested Skybar and the Bourdelle Museum. We went to both and really enjoyed it. Thank you again Alban for being super helpful and looking after us.

3 days in Paris, Pullman was a great choice for me and my friend. We had great breakfast and an incredible view on the 28th floor. We had a small issue with the TV but met the night manager (Alban) who has been very professional and friendly! He listened to us and offered an alternative, which we really appreciate his service. I come back to Paris again during winter, and will definitely come back here!

Our first time In Paris ever , 1 week in Europe me and boyfriend absolutely enjoyed our stay on the 17th floor, view was stunning!! sky bar about 3 nights and was pumping the Friday night it was a great location close to everything, eiffiel tower is about 15 mins drive out don’t forget about amazing food places outsideee the hotel gems but especially the delicious breakfast thank you all for the staff making our experience and trip safe!

I recently stayed at the Pullman Hotel in Paris and had an excellent experience. The hotel is beautifully located, with easy access to many of Paris's main attractions. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the facilities were maintained to a high standard. What made my stay especially memorable was the outstanding service provided by Luigi. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and attentive, always willing to help with any questions or requests. His warm welcome and dedication to guest satisfaction truly enhanced my experience and made me feel valued throughout my stay. The rest of the staff were also courteous and efficient, and the breakfast offered a great selection of fresh and delicious options. I highly recommend the Pullman Hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and I would especially like to thank Luigi for his exceptional hospitality and excellent customer service.

Had a wonderful experience at Pullman Paris Montparnasse thanks to two amazing staff members, Dominic and Ibrahim. Both were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful during my stay. Their friendly attitude and great service really made a difference and made me feel very welcome. Thank you both for your hospitality — Pullman is lucky to have such lovely staff! ❤️❤️
