So we stayed here for a couple night just recently and we really loved this place. Common things you hear people complain are small rooms and small elevator. These are things to be expected in Paris regardless of the hotel. We absolutely the entire experience at Le Parisis. The room was very nice. The downstairs when you come in is cozy and inviting. I was impressed by the prompt and professional communication through email as we set up our check in time. We were getting there late and I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. The staff and Le Parisis did a beautiful job for us. When we return to Paris we will be staying at Le Parisis once again.

We had a wonderful stay at Le Parisis this summer! The location was perfect and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, great restaurants, and right across from the train station. There was even a local market across the street on Sundays. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. We loved the beautiful greenhouse breakfast area, and the breakfast had everything from crepes, croissants, and pastries to fresh fruit, meats, and eggs. Our room was comfortable and had great air conditioning. We were even greeted with delicious macarons and a handwritten note! Great location, beautiful boutique style hotel, and good service. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Staff: Very welcoming and friendly, including the cleaning lady, which was heartwarming. The staff are thoughtful, adding welcome notes and celebratory chocolates, and they were open to hearing feedback and criticism. Location: Perfect location in a neighborhood that isn’t overly crowded, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, with a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a children’s park nearby. Some of the top cafes and restaurants are walking distance from the hotel and a great Iranian restaurant just beside it. Room: Bigger than the typical Parisian hotel room and air conditioned. The TV wasn’t restricted to particular channels—all apps were accessible, which made it very kid-friendly. A few things we didn’t expect, though the staff were open to feedback: 1. There are only steps down to the hotel—no slope or ramp—which made it a bit challenging to get my kids’ stroller in and out, especially when they were asleep. 2. The toilet, though clean, had a mold smell after use. 3. We had to carry our own suitcases down and weren’t offered any help with that. Overall, a lovely stay, and we’d happily return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay with outstanding service and accessibility From the moment we arrived, we received a genuinely warm welcome. The reception team immediately helped with our luggage, which was promptly taken to our room. Throughout our stay, every member of staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Their personalised service really made us feel valued. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. It felt modern, stylish, and almost as if it had been recently renovated. Although the room wasn’t particularly large, the layout was excellent. Even with my electric wheelchair, I was able to move comfortably around the bed without any problems. We were welcomed with a thoughtful note, a small gift, and complimentary bottled water, which was replenished daily. The room also included a coffee machine, plenty of wardrobe space, quality towels, toiletries, air conditioning, and a large TV with local and international channels, as well as YouTube. The accessible bathroom was particularly impressive. It was spacious, with a well-designed wet room featuring a quality shower, non-slip flooring, a fold-down shower seat, and sturdy grab rails. It was clear that accessibility had been carefully considered. The only minor downside was the entrance to the hotel, which has several steps. However, the hotel informed us about this before we arrived and provided access via a service lift outside, normally used to reach the underground car park. While it isn’t the perfect solution, the staff handled it efficiently and made the process straightforward. The location is excellent. The surrounding area felt safe and offered plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops, and bars within a short walk. The Eiffel Tower is only around 5 to 10 minutes away on foot, and there are excellent bus and rail connections nearby, making it easy to explore Paris. What really sets this hotel apart is its customer service. The staff genuinely care about their guests and consistently go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. There’s also a lovely lounge and bar area on the ground floor that’s perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Would I stay here again? Without hesitation. Despite its relatively modest appearance from the outside, the interior is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, particularly those looking for an accessible hotel with outstanding service.

Great Stay at Hotel Le Pariss I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Le Parisis. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff—especially Antonin—and the entire team was consistently friendly and attentive. Even before check-in, I was offered refreshments, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The room was perfectly clean, and I particularly enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower right from my window. The location is excellent—about a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, with plenty of opportunities to explore the area on foot. The breakfast was another highlight: a rich and varied selection with something for everyone, and everything tasted great. Highly recommended!
