A stunningly beautiful and historic hotel! The concierge was a massive help in assisting me in retrieving my luggage. Mickael and the rest of the concierge team David, Linda, Morgan, Marjorie, Audrey, & Hameed were an outstanding example of elite customer service. The rooms were lush gorgeous and so comfortable! The food was exceptional! My dog thoroughly enjoyed the special treatment she received from the staff. Highly recommend!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable 20th wedding anniversary at Hotel Regina Paris. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Regina Paris for two nights to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and it was a truly special experience from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We had travelled to Paris in our car and were kindly allowed to park directly in front of the hotel, which was a real treat. The parking attendant and baggage staff were incredibly friendly, polite and gracious. A special mention must go to David, the Head Concierge, who personally welcomed us and showed us to our incredible suite, Room 615. The room was absolutely beautiful — spacious, luxurious and decorated in a wonderfully chic, classic Parisian style. The hotel had also arranged flowers and petals for our anniversary, which was a lovely and thoughtful surprise. But the real highlight was the view. Room 615 has two balconies with breathtaking views across the Tuileries Gardens, towards the Eiffel Tower and across the Paris skyline. Sitting on the balcony and taking it all in was one of those moments we will always remember. The suite was extremely comfortable, with two televisions, a lovely bathroom, modern amenities, a well-stocked minibar and plenty of wardrobe space. Even the small details were thoughtful — including a soft cushioned mat beside the bed, which was surprisingly lovely to step onto first thing in the morning! Breakfast was excellent. There was a varied continental buffet with meats, cheeses, cereals and plenty of other choices, alongside an à la carte menu. The egg dishes were particularly delicious, and we also tried the French toast and pancakes, which were excellent. We spent one evening relaxing in the cosy hotel bar, where we enjoyed tea with biscuits and snacks — a perfect way to finish a long day exploring Paris. The concierge service throughout our stay was outstanding. David and the team went out of their way to help us with various requests and arrangements, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Even when we were leaving, everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Hotel Regina has a wonderful combination of classic Parisian elegance, history, luxury and warmth. For such an important anniversary, we wanted somewhere that would feel genuinely special and memorable, and it absolutely delivered. A huge thank you to David and the entire Hotel Regina team for helping make our 20th wedding anniversary something we will always remember. Room 615 will always hold some very special memories for us. We would return without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a romantic and truly Parisian experience in the heart of Paris. 🇫🇷❤️
We just got back from a 5 night stay for our 15 year anniversary. The location is prime, we walked almost everywhere but transit is close too as we took the train from the airport and it delivered us basically right to the door of the hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. It's nice they offer water for guests. The hotel is beautiful and clean, our room had the best a/c of any hotel we'd stayed at up until this point and we slept very well. We had breakfast included in our room rate and I enjoyed it a lot. The staff were so good and the food and coffee was delicious; from Canada we greatly enjoyed the eggs and pancakes with avocado that we could order vs the European buffet that was also well stocked and looked good. Overall I have nothing bad to say, we had an incredible stay and loved Paris!
My husband and I traveled to Paris in early May to celebrate my birthday. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay. Hotel Regina Louvre was an absolute delight—from the impeccable room, arts, bar to the room service, restaurant and indescribable wellbeing area. It was a two minute walk to the Louvre for our night tour and the concierge provided us incredible guidance and service in organising our touristic activities. I want to express my special thanks for Benji and the governant Doria for their impeccable customer service, attention to detail and professionalism throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for the magnificent overall experience. Merci, hotel Regina. We can’t wait to come back! Kindly, Mariane and Wade
Our stay at Hotel Regina Louvre was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our trip to Paris. The location is hard to beat, situated right across from the Louvre and within easy walking distance of many of the city's most famous attractions. Being able to step outside and immediately experience the beauty and atmosphere of central Paris made our stay even more special. The hotel itself is elegant, charming, and full of classic Parisian character. The lobby and common areas are beautifully decorated, creating a luxurious atmosphere while still feeling warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with excellent bedding that made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and everything throughout the hotel was maintained to a very high standard. What truly stood out was the service. Every member of the staff we encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Whether answering questions, offering recommendations, or simply greeting guests with a smile, they consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. That level of hospitality made a lasting impression. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a great selection of fresh and high-quality options. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the city. The hotel also provides a peaceful and relaxing environment despite being located in one of the busiest and most exciting parts of Paris. Overall, Hotel Regina Louvre delivers everything you could hope for in a luxury Paris hotel: an incredible location, beautiful accommodations, outstanding service, and a memorable atmosphere. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris who wants a true five-star experience. An exceptional hotel that exceeded our expectations in every way
