This place was amazing! One of the best parts of coming to this rooftop was Jahid taking care of us. He made our experience one of a kind, and the most enjoyable! Service and view were amazing and the cocktails were delightful. I would definitely recommend this place, and having some banter with Jahid.

Jahid was our waiter and he was fabulous. Absolutely wonderful service throughout my stay. He made the end of our family trip with his kind and welcoming personality and exceptional service. Thank you Jahid and thank you H10 Hotel. Also, Anna with the beautiful eyes and a warm energy helped us with fabulous service and went above and beyond by giving us recommendations for other restaurants and even guided me outside the hotel to give me directions. I had an amazing experience here and will be coming back one day. Our whole family is so pleased.

Highly recommend the hotel. The staff at all levels were amazing and were super helpful with any info we needed; the room was fantastic as well. Can’t beat the location. Easy to get to from the airport and easy access to water shuttles going across Venice. I don’t usually write reviews for hotels but I had to for this one. Massive kudos to the staff who made the stay more memorable and the whole credit goes to them. Also, there is a complimentary ride to the Murano Glass company. Highly recommend it. Anyway, would stay again should we find ourselves in Venice in the future.

We stayed at H10 Palazzo Canova during our arrival in Venice, and came straight from the airport. Our room was ready early and the service was excellent for our entire stay. The room and balcony itself were lovely, elegantly furnished, and very comfortable, although the room is small. The AC was working well in April, which is essential to our comfort. The hotel is modern and super clean. The hotel staff were always helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with water taxis. The breakfast buffet and cappuccinos are delicious! You can eat quickly or order something hot and delicious like waffles or omelettes. The property and rooftop bar are amazing - we spent every night with a cocktail on the roof. The view of the Grand Canal is exceptional, just down from Rialto Bridge, but never loud or touristy. The location is super convenient. There are gondola rides outside the door and some fantastic restaurants and shops are just steps away, making it an ideal base for exploring Venice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the perfect location on the Grand Canal. We stayed here for our 35th wedding anniversary and honestly could not fault anything. The staff were amazing from start to finish, so welcoming, helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for places to visit and eat and made us feel so looked after throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. We had such good night sleeps every night. The balcony was huge, such a lovely bonus and perfect for relaxing after exploring Venice all day. The whole hotel feels luxurious, clean and very well looked after. We were also surprised with champagne in our room for our anniversary, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff for making our anniversary trip so special. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.
