Absolutely fabulous experience at this Venetian hotel! The location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful and elegant, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and full of Venetian charm. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Venice.

We stayed here 7 nights (with a break for a hike in the Dolomites) and loved it. Locations is ideal, right on the Grand Canal but just outside the chaotic and noisy part. Staff is super friendly and professional. Breakfast is excellent, so is the cocktail bar. Spacious rooms, clean and cool all day long. They kept our bike bags in storage while we went hiking, which was really helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this wonderful Hotel L'Orologio Veneziain Venice, was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better, just a short stroll from the iconic Rialto Bridge, with the added convenience of a water taxi dropping us off right outside the hotel. A special thank you goes to Alex, who provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to make our 25th wedding anniversary truly memorable by arranging a complimentary bottle of wine in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration even more special. Our room offered breathtaking views overlooking the Grand Canal, and waking up to such a spectacular sight each morning was unforgettable. Check-in was quick and effortless, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with attentive, friendly service, and every member of staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. From the incredible location and stunning views to the exceptional customer service, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice and would love to return in the future.

Stayed for 5 nights. Fabulous location on Grand Canal; about 3 minute walk to Rialto Bridge. Room was bigger than anticipated. All staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. Breakfast was excellent. We used some of the restaurants recommended by concierge staff; recommendations were 'spot on'. Hotel location is perfect; there are numerous bars and restaurants (filled with locals) within a 5 minute walk. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

I've just returned from a long weekend stay at the L'Orologio Venezia hotel. The hotel was really easy to find, and we found the Alilaguna Orange Line boat to be a great and cost affective way of getting to to the hotel from the Airport (it stops on the opposite side of the grand canal so you have to cross the Rialto bridge and lots of steps are involved, but it's literally a 10 minute walk). I could not fault the hotel in any way. It's location on the Grand Canal was perfect and you are a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge, a great choice of restaurants and there is a Spar Supermarket just around the corner. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and offered great advice on where to visit and how to get there. The breakfast choices were great with plenty of cakes, fruit, cereals and egg & bacon. Coffee is freshly made and bought to your table. The rooms were very spacious and clean with towels changed every day. The shower was really powerful and probably the best shower I have seen in a hotel. Overall I cannot think of anything that could have been improved and I found the hotel perfect in every way.
