Been to a lot of the Bonvoy top tier properties including several St Regis, but have to say these guys really nailed the customer experience, from pre-arrival planning and coordination, thru the welcome/check in process and in each staff interaction they made the stay special. The suite was awesome, and the location excellent. My only critique would be an old fashioned understocked mini-bar, but that was just a blip. Will definitely return when we or our family come to Venice! Ciao!

The venue is perfect set. Room with view is v impt to enjoy the place. The beddings are so comfy for a good sleep. Suite room space is good. Concierge Marlon is so smiley and welcoming to all guests. Great assistance he rendered. Breakfast is so good, the pancakes, the fruits etc all v fresh and perfect! Daily most look forward meal with a view! Not all check in staff has the zest for the job, some feel just going through the motions.. Housekeeping has room for improvement, otherwise is quite lovely overall

Our stay at The St. Regis Venice was truly exceptional! We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make the occasion incredibly special. From the warm hospitality to the thoughtful touches throughout our stay, every detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated. The property is absolutely stunning, the service was impeccable, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to celebrate such a special milestone, and we left with wonderful memories. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so unforgettable! We can’t wait to return.

We stayed 2 nights at the St Regis Venice and loved the hotel. Everything from the concierge to the butler service was outstanding. The location is perfect right next to shopping and St Marks square. We opted to arrive by boat directly from the airport to the hotel pier which was a beautiful way to start our Venice stay. Beautiful hotels, great service and location. I am also an Ambassador Elite and was given recognition and upgrade which I really appreciated as celebrating special occasion.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis Venice. The room in which we stayed was One-Bedroom King Suite with Canal View. The property was very quiet and calm, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. The staff were amazing—extremely helpful and highly professional throughout our stay. We were privately transferred from Venice Airport in the St. Regis speedboat, which was a fantastic start to our three days in the city. The rooms were beautifully designed with great attention to detail, and the location made it easy to explore Venice while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. The dining experience was excellent, and every interaction with the team reflected genuine warmth and a commitment to exceptional hospitality throughout our visit.
